During a routine well-care visit, the doctor will perform a complete physical examination to monitor growth and development and detect any changes or problems. We will also discuss and administer any immunizations that are due.
Well visits usually involve important screening questionnaires that help your doctor thoroughly and efficiently evaluate development and mental health. By visiting our forms page, you can fill these out in advance and save time on the day of your visit.
Before your appointment, visit the Parent and Patient Education Handout site. Click on the handout for your child’s age and review the information. If you prefer handouts in a language other than English click here.
If you have a child under the age of 5, you may want to download the CDC’s Milestone Tracker App to follow your child’s development along with us.
Please write down any questions you have and bring them with you to the appointment. We look forward to discussing them with you!
