Dr. Donoghue was born in Virginia and grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. She graduated with a degree in biochemistry from The College of Wooster and then attended medical school at The University of Toledo College of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Nationwide Children’s Hospital/The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Donoghue has been a pediatrician with Cornerstone Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine since 2011.
Dr. Donoghue lives in Cary with her husband, an Emergency Medicine physician, and two daughters. She enjoys travel, days spent at the beach, and time with her family.
Dr. Donoghue has special interests in the care of newborns, vaccine advocacy, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
